The University town of Choba-Aluu, Port –Harcourt, Rivers State, was agog last weekend as Nigeria’s foremost Real Estate development company, Boing Luxury Estates Limited had the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of its landmark project called Boing Luxury Apartments located within the company’s Lakeview Estate just behind UNIPORT/UPTH.
The special guest of honor, Honorable Prince Solomon Eke, who is also the chairman of Obiakpor Local Government; in his speech at the occasion, stated that projects that aim to alleviate the pains of humanity is a welcome development in Rivers State. He went on to talk about the efforts of his government to eliminate the incidence of land grabbing and resolution of disputes to encourage development, he congratulated the company on the project and assured the management of his continuous support.
CEO, Boing Luxury Estates Limited, Mr. Ory- Martins who welcomed the gathering, also used the opportunity to explain the rationale behind the project. He stated that the need to meet the housing needs of the teeming population of resident doctors, lecturers and high-net-worth individuals who have to commute long distances daily due to the absence of suitable accommodation within the area gave birth to the idea.
The occasion, which was graced by dignitaries such as government officials, members of the academia, traditional rulers, the press and elites in the society was colored with several forms of entertainment, and the special guest of honor, Prince Solomon Eke accompanied by the CEO Boing Luxury Estates Limited, led the attendees on a tour of the project after cutting the ceremonial tape.
Already, so many subscribers and other investors have bought into the project. There are few units left in the apartment as almost all the units are sold out.
