The Curator, National Museum of Unity, Ibadan, Dr Amos Olorunnipa, has said that the museum, in 2019, impacted on its immediate environment through effective discharge of its statutory functions to the society and clientele. Tributes have been paid to a British man and his two children who drowned in a resort swimming pool on the Costa del Sol on Christmas Eve. Gabriel Diya, 52, his daughter Comfort Diya, 9, and his son Praise-Emmanuel Diya, 16, died in the pool at Club La Costa World, near Fuengirola. The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) says it will investigate the Lagos State Internal Revenue Services (LIRS) and other data controllers for alleged breach of tax payers’ data in the state. Mr Kashifu Inuwa, the Director-General of NITDA, made this known on Friday in a statement he signed and issued in Abuja. Ita Enang, said the Federal Government has requested for funding support from SuKuk bond to finance the completion of Calabar-Itu highway. A Grade 1 Area Court in Dutse, Abuja on Friday sentenced Aliyu Musa, a 24-year-old student to six months imprisonment for stealing N40, 000 with a stolen ATM card. The Presiding Officer, Mr Suleiman Mohammed, who tried and found Musa guilty, however, gave him an option to pay N30, 000 as fine.
