The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has rescheduled the governorship primaries in Lagos, Enugu and Adamawa states. According to a statement issued by the party’s Spokesman, Mr. Yekini Nabena, on Monday in Abuja, the mode of primaries for Enugu and Adamawa states had also been changed from indirect to direct primaries. He said the Lagos governorship primaries would now hold on Tuesday, Oct. 2, while the Enugu and Adamawa direct governorship primaries shall take place on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed its governorship primary elections for Imo and Lagos states to Monday, Oct.1. Mr Adams Oshiomhole, the party’s National Chairman announced this on Saturday in Abuja,while inaugurating the party’s Governorship Primary Election Committee and the Presidential National Convention Committee. Okechukwu Osadebe, 18-year-old son of late highlife maestro, Chief Stephen Osadebe, has lost his life in a flood disaster in Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra.
