In a candid exchange, the emir emphasized the gravity of the hunger crisis plaguing the nation, stressing that the situation demands immediate attention. He highlighted the need for effective communication channels to ensure that the President is fully informed about the dire circumstances facing the populace.
Furthermore, Bayero underscored the escalating insecurity across the country, urging proactive measures to address the threats. While acknowledging the inherited nature of the challenge, he emphasized the imperative for decisive action to safeguard the nation.
Additionally, the emir addressed concerns surrounding the relocation of key government institutions to Lagos, urging transparency and clarity from the government to allay fears and provide reassurance to the populace.
In a similar vein, Bayero encouraged the President’s wife to advance her Renewed Hope Initiative Pet Program, highlighting its potential to uplift the less privileged and alleviate their hardships.
