“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

-Revd(Dr) Martin Luther King Jr.

Mr. Owolabi Ramon.

Mr Owolabi Ramon is a UK-based Nigerian businessman who is currently facing persecution in Morroco over a business transaction with a fellow Nigerian citizen (Benjamin Olowodola) in the United Kingdom has called on all Nigerians and non-Nigerians to demand the immediate release of his passports and travel documents in order to reunite with his family members in London.

He is into cargo business to Nigeria and a container(loaded with items worth over £40,000) that he bought vanished without a trace in Birmingham 3 years ago and the owner of the missing items, Mr Benjamin Olowodola instantly suspected him without strong proofs as the brain behind this theft.

Mr Owolabi Ramon arrived in Nigeria to explain the incident to Mr Olowodola but was instantly arrested by the Nigerian police officers(check attached letters for full details) in Lagos.

After unlawful detention in Nigeria, Owolabi regained his freedom, his passports and travel documents were later released to him to travel to the United Kingdom.

On June 12th, 2018, he travelled to Morocco on holiday, and was unlawfully arrested at the airport by the INTERPOL on the order of Benjamin Olowodola despite court judgment in Nigeria which cleared him of all the crimes and stated that his name must be removed from Blacklist of both local police authority and INTERPOL.(Check the attached documents below).

Mr Owolabi Ramon arrived in Nigeria to explain the incident to Mr Olowodola but was instantly arrested by the Nigerian police officers(check attached letters for full details) in Lagos.

Owolabi further stressed that, he was not aware of the missing container until the people in charge of the loaded container in Birmingham alerted him while in London as he was preparing to travel to Nigeria for his father’s burial ceremony. He then promptly advised them to quickly inform the police authority in Birmingham and also to check the CCTV areas for possible suspects.

According to Owolabi, “Police is yet to arrest any suspect because all the CCTV cameras within the premises did not function properly or deliberately tampered with on the fateful day of this ugly incident. It was an insider job carefully carried out by the Birmingham guy. How can a whole container disappeared over night in the compound?”

The Moroccan authority is still holding to Owolabi’s passport and travel document for over 9 months but now temporarily released to roam about the streets of Rabat in Morocco, sleeping rough with strangers to keep the hope alive. This is a traumatic experience for this hardworking Nigerian businessman.

If Morocco (North African country) that is currently planning to join ECOWAS(Economic Community of West African States) can be maltreating a Nigerian citizen from ECOWAS country over business transaction with a fellow Nigerian citizen, then something must be fundamentally wrong somewhere.

The wife and children of Mr Owolabi Ramon are badly missing their breadwinner in London, they are in constant agony, anxiety, and sadness over this miscarriage of justice.

This is the court judgment in Morocco, stating the provisional release of Mr Yinusa Owolabi Ramon but still holding on to his passports and travel documents.

Nigerian Government should intervene in the injustice being met our to mr Owolabi bythi so call Benjamin Olowodola, this incident happen in the UK & it is only in the UK the truth of this case can be detetmibe because the owner of the warehouse is a major factor in the investigation & he is a citizen of Britan. It is not as if UK government doesn’t ve a system in place to look into this case. This Bejamin Olowodola is just power drunk & believe he can take advantage of our corrupt police to judge his own case. People like Bejamin Olowodola should be cub by our Government by ensuring mr Owolabi Ramon’ passport is release to him to go to country of his own choice immediately. Mr olowodola don’t forget that you ve your own children while you deprive mr Owoabi’s children to enjoy fatherly love. If it not true that mr Owolabi your container & you make him go through this hardship it shall not be well with you, your family & especially your children unless you mend fence with those man & ensure he is realise immediately.
