The Director-General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu has confirmed that a total of 17 people sustained injuries, including a pregnant woman and firefighter at another inferno in Lagos. Oke-Osanyintolu made the disclosure in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the Martins fire outbreak scene at about 9:30 p,m. in Lagos on Wednesday. The former AGF who is alleged to have received about N300 million over Malabu oil deal OPL 245, is facing 42 counts charges. The House of Representatives has called for the resignation of all Service Chiefs following the deteriorating security situation in the country. This was sequel to the unanimous adoption of a motion by Rep. Mohammed Monguno (APC-Borno) at plenary on Wednesday. The House urged President Muhammadu Buhari to sack the Service Chiefs if they fail to resign. A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) serving in Osun, Adebayo Mukaila, was killed by suspected armed robbers in Osogbo on Tuesday night.
