The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama, Abuja, on Tuesday, declined to grant the request by the immediate-past Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, to travel to the United Kingdom for a medical check-up. The Federal Government of Nigeria says it has repatriated one hundred and ninety (190) Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates, UAE. It says the returnees were received at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at 5:45 am on Tuesday by a combined team of government officials led by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
