Justice Othman Musa, of an FCT High Court, on Tuesday, said he was returning the case file of Mohammed Adoke, former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), to FCT chief judge. The Nigerian Army said it has commenced the reconstruction of Kuru Muhammad Barracks in Bama, Borno State which was overran by the Boko Haram terrorists. The Police Command in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has recovered four locally made pistols, one Peugeot 206 car and two daggers from the suspects arrested over the Dec. 28 failed bank robbery. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Oyo State Command, said, on Tuesday, that a total of 201 suspects were arrested for various drug-related offences in 2019. The agency’s Public Relations Officer in Ibadan, Mrs Mutiat Okuwobi, who disclosed this in a statement issued in Ibadan, added that 71 convictions were recorded during the year. According to her, the convicts are currently serving various jail terms, ranging from six months to 15 years.
