The FCT Police Command has arrested a 27-year-old man, Mohammed Bello for allegedly claiming to the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammed Bello. The FCT Commissioner of Police, Bala Ciroma, told newsmen in Abuja on Wednesday, that the suspect allegedly defrauded some people promising  to award contracts to them. The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has deployed 1,750 corps members to Gombe State for the 2019 batch ‘C’ stream I orientation course. The scheme’s Public Relations Officer in the state, Margaret Dakama, made this known in a statement on Wednesday in Gombe. The Programme Manager, National LPG Expansion Plan, Mr Dayo Adeshina, on Wednesday said the Federal Government was targeting the consumption of five million tons of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Known as cooking gas  by Nigerians in 2023. Prof. Sulyman Abdulkareem, the Vice-Chancellor, University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) on Monday described the late Prof. Adeoye Adeniyi, former Vice-Chancellor of the university as an iconic figure who contributed to education in Nigeria.
