Mr Joseph Ari, the Director-General, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) on Wednesday said that the Federal Government would create 20 million direct and indirect jobs through different skills development programmes in the country. The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has advised all 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) candidates not yet enrolled for the National Identification Number (NIN) to visit any NIMC office nationwide and enrol. Mr Chuks Onyepunuka, the Information Technology/Identity Database Officer, NIMC gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Abuja. A Dutse Grade I Area Court, Abuja on Wednesday sentenced Adamson Sunday, an 18-year-old student to 12 months in prison over N350, 000 investment scam. The Presiding Officer, Mr Suleiman Mohammed, who tried and found Sunday guilty of cheating and impersonation, however, gave him an option to pay N150, 000 fine. The Edo Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has impounded no fewer than 60 tricycles for non-possession of number plates and licenses.
