IBADAN – Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, has approved the appointment of a seasoned Economist from the Department of Economics, University of Ibadan, Dr. Musibau Adetunji Babatunde, as his Chief Economic Adviser. The Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, says 10 more coaches will be provided by November to address the upsurge of passengers at railway stations across the country. The ECOWAS Commission alongside member states and the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) on Tuesday converged in Abuja to review action plan for the effective implementation of the International Humanitarian Law across West Africa.
