No fewer than 16,744 poor households have received N20,000 each in the ongoing implementation of the Federal Government’s National Social Investment Programme in Kaduna State. Dr. Idayat Durotoye, Chairman, University of Ilorin (Unilorin) COVID-19 Prevention Committee, says the committee plans to send electronic mails to members of the community on keeping and maintaining optimal hygiene against COVID 19. The Kaduna health ministry on Wednesday said it had discharged a coronavirus patient after successful treatment. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), said the lockdown embarked upon to combat the spread of the COVID-19 in the FCT had yielded positive results, as compliance by the people was very high.
