As Nigeria records 36 cases and one death from Corona virus (Covid-19), the Federal Government says the people should brace up for tougher decisions to contain the pandemic. The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who stated this at a news conference on Covid-19 in Abuja, however, assured that any decision to be taken would be in the best interest of Nigerians. The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) on Saturday announced the suspension of passengers’ train services in the country with effect from Monday. Mr Yakub Mahmood, the NRC Deputy Director Public Relations, made this known on behalf of the Board and Management of the corporation in Lagos. Sokoto State government has provided three isolation centres and dispelled rumours over suspected case of COVID – 19 in the state.
