A joint expert team consisting of experts from China and the World Health Organisation, on Monday began field inspections on the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus outbreak. Spokesperson for the National Health Commission (NHC), Mi Fen said this at a news conference. The Police Command in Osun said on Monday that it had arrested a female suspect in possession of a dry human hand. According to SP Folashade Odoro, the command’s spokesperson, the suspect was arrested at about 10:40 a.m. at Centre Area, Ikire, Osun. The acting Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr Ibrahim Magu, said, on Monday, that the commission had secured 1,266 convictions from January 2019 till date. Magu disclosed this at a press conference marking the passing out parade of the Detective Inspector Course Five of the EFCC, at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna.
