Gunmen have killed no fewer than 19 people in Tawari community in the Kogi Local Government Area of Kogi State, burning buildings, including the palace of the king of the community. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has destroyed a Boko Haram Terrorists (BHTs) logistics facility at Gujeri in the Sambisa Forest area of Borno. The NAF said the operation was executed through the Air Task Force (ATF) of Operation LAFIYA DOLE. An economist, Prof. Sheriffdeen Tella on Friday urged the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to pursue policies geared toward credit expansion for the private sector in 2020.
