Two elderly men have been arrested by Kebbi State Police Command for an alleged rape of 11-year-old primary school pupil in Gwandu Local Area of the state. Mr Caleb Okoye, Life Patron, Nigeria Institute of Shipping (NIS), has called for urgent actions to decongest Nigerian ports and re-establish a national carrier for faster development of the shipping industry. The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) and the Federal Government have commenced a Human Capital Development (HCD) plan towards moving 24 million Nigerians out of poverty before 2030. The Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), on Friday said that Nigeria and Russia would sign a Memorandum of Understanding on production of pre-paid meter to bridge the gap that currently exists in the sector.
