Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Friday, May 8, 2020, ordered the final forfeiture of the sum of N426.7m belonging to Brig.-Gen. John Onimisi Ozigi(retd.) to the Federal Government. The Nigerian military has arrested 28 informants leaking operational secrets to the Boko Haram terrorists. Intelligence sources revealed that the suspects who are of local and foreign nationals are currently under investigation. Gov. Hope Uzodinma has signed two bills into law- the Imo Waste Management Agency Bill and the Consolidation of Land Use Charges Bill. The Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN), Enugu State chapter, has said that normal services will resume in churches in the state on May 10. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), says it has turned back 437 vehicles from Ogun and Lagos States’ boundaries within two days while enforcing the Federal Government ban on interstate movements.
