The Anambra State House of Assembly has called on the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to take proactive measure to checkmate the alleged recklessness of tipper drivers on the highways in the state. Suletankarkar Local Government in Jigawa says the fire has razed 10 houses harbouring silos in Dirani village in the state. The council Information Officer, Alhaji Usman Abubakar, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Suletankarkar that the silos contained grains worth over N5 million. Abubakar said the silos contained sorghum, beans, and guinea corn, among others.
