The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), says the minor review order released by the Commission on Jan. 3 has no immediate impact on end-user tariffs. The Nigerian Army has arrested two impostors, who claimed to be officers of the army as a ploy to engage in nefarious activities and extortion. Col.
